Fabricator-welder wanted in Lake County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lake County, Indiana. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day to day you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
