Bakery assistant • Uvwie, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Uvwie, Delta State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
