Powder coating sprayer — Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hamilton County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
