Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Hamilton County, Ohio. The job is on residential new-build sites. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
