Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Summit County, Ohio. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
