Steward — Weber County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Weber County, Utah. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Six days a week, one day off.
