Vacuum press operator wanted in Tallapoosa County

Join our team: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On the job you will handle: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board 4+ years on the tools preferred.
