Offshore rigger — Cleveland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Cleveland County, North Carolina. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. You will select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Pay around $3,500 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
