Oven operator — Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Columbia County, Florida. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 1+ years on the tools preferred.
