VMC operator wanted in Brooke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in Brooke County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
