Great opportunity: foundry worker (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry worker in Allen County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Day to day you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand.
