Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Lamar County, Georgia. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
