Powder coating operator — Robertson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Robertson County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift.
