Carpenter — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a carpenter in Monroe County, Ohio. The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
