Immediate opening: we are hiring a presser in Carbon County, Wyoming. The job is at a garment factory. You will give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
