Bread baker wanted in Manistee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Manistee County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
