Steward — San Bernardino County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in San Bernardino County, California. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
