We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial painter in Hemphill County, Texas. You will work on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
