Semi-automatic welder — Yakurr

Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Yakurr, Cross River State. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
