We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ife Central, Osun State. The job is at a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Day to day you will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦285,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
