Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Benton County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cake shop. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
