Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Kent County, Maryland. You will work at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
