Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Erath County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T On a typical shift you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
