Overlocker operator — Ohio County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ohio County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams On the job you will handle: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
