Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Red River County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
