VMC operator — Poweshiek County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Poweshiek County, Iowa. The role involves set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time with occasional weekends.
