Window glazier — Orangeburg County

Now hiring: we are hiring a window glazier in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day-to-day duties: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
