Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
