Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
