Panel welder — Schleicher County

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in Schleicher County, Texas. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
