Bricklayer — St. Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in St. Lawrence County, New York. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
