Paint booth operator — Sherman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Sherman County, Texas. You will work at a powder coating unit. You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
