CNC milling operator • Howell County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Howell County, Missouri. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control.
