Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ross County, Ohio. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
