Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Clark County, Illinois. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 6+ years on the tools preferred.
