Semi-automatic welder wanted in Jasper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Jasper County, Mississippi. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
