Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Saguache County, Colorado. The job is in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
