Powder spray gun operator • Gurara, Niger State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gurara, Niger State. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
