Split AC fitter — Wright County

Join our team: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Wright County, Iowa. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. You should have: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Presentable and polite with customers on site Day-to-day duties: • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping Meals and transport allowance provided.
