Bread and bun maker wanted in Isuikwuato

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Isuikwuato, Abia State. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
