Canteen cook — Dane County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
