Deboner — Greene County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Greene County, Iowa. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
