Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 2+ years on the tools preferred.
