Join our team: we are hiring a roofer in Gratiot County, Michigan. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Day-to-day duties: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
