Formwork carpenter wanted in Steuben County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Steuben County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
