Paint and prep technician — Ozaukee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
