Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ifelodun, Osun State. The job is in a bread factory. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
