Tile mason — Wasatch County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile mason in Wasatch County, Utah. On a typical shift you will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints. Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
