Site carpenter • Ottawa County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Ottawa County, Ohio. The role involves fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together. You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Part-time with flexible hours.
