Brickwork mason wanted in Rowan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Rowan County, North Carolina. You will be based on a busy housing site. Your main tasks: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
